Raclette Knife

This knife is specifically made for Raclette, allowing you the ability to cut and scrape the melted Raclette with it's wide rectangular blade. Wow your guests with the traditional presentation, where the wheel is cut in half and held vertically, and then gooey, delicious cheese is scraped off of the wheel onto their plate.
