Pepper Jack, Colby Jack, Swiss Cheese and a Mild Cheddar, all pre-sliced and ready to consume. May it be on your sandwich, on roasted vegetables or on a cheese or charcuterie board.
There is a favorite for everybody; 7 slices of each cheese, that is almost 30 slices and all of that's about a pound of cheese. A great variety you can share with a lot of people.
The slices are packed in a re-sealable package, but once you opened it, please finish it within 3-4 days; sliced cheese dries faster than a chunk of cheese.

Colby Jack cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, annatto (vegetable color)). Swiss cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes). Mild Cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, annatto (vegetable color)).
