So many blue cheeses, so many choices, and so many combinations possible. Our European Blue Cheese collection varies in origin, color, flavor, sharpness, or texture.

Danish Blue or Danablue has a milk-white paste and irregularly distributed holes. This semi-soft cheese has a crumbly texture and sharp flavor. (8 oz.)
Fourme d'Ambert is an ancient gourmet cheese from the Auvergne region of France. Its buttery, earthy, and slightly spicy profile pairs well with white wines. (8 oz.)
Blue Stilton the interior of the cheese is soft, rich and creamy but still has that distinctive blue cheese tang. . (8 oz.)
The German Cambozola Black Label tastes like a combination of triple-cream brie and blue cheese. Its subtle sweetness and slight acidity make for a fantastic starter blue cheese. (8 oz.)

We added a box of Sea Salt Mediterranean Crackers to compliment the cheeses.
