This cheese collection contains the following four cheeses:
Huntsman Cheese (8 oz.) - Double Gloucester layered with Blue Stilton. A match made in heaven. Aged Red Leicester (8 oz.) - A cheddar-type cheese from Leicester that is cloth-aged for six months. This hard cheese has a somewhat sweet caramelized flavor. Cotswold Cheese (8 oz.) - a smooth, cheddar-like cheese with chives and onions. In the pub it is usually served with toast or rustic bread. Windsor Red (8 oz.) - A mild cheddar cheese combined with port and brandy.
