A cheddar “with a bite” as they say! This cheddar is made in Australia and aged until it has a good sharp flavor. This cheddar is firm and bursting with flavor. Very tangy and sharp, this grand reserve version is bold and vaguely fruity.
A great cheddar to keep on hand for snacking and cooking.
We cut and wrap this cheese in pieces of 1 pound and 8 ounces and you can purchase an entire loaf of approx. 5 pounds.
