Stonefire stays true to an ancient recipe by using fresh buttermilk and ghee (clarified butter) and hand stretching each naan into its unique teardrop shape. Next the naan is baked in a patented tandoor tunnel oven to give the texture and taste of a traditional tandoor baked bread. Usually served hot and brushed with ghee, this delicious naan has a crispy underside and airy bubbles just like you expect. You can tear off pieces of naan and use them to scoop up saucy main dishes like curries, masala, yogurt dip, or spicy hummus. You can pair with endless number of sauces and salads. Each package contains two pieces of naan bread.
