Boxcarr Handmade Campo Cheese is produced in Cedar Grove, NC. It is a favorite that will keep you coming back for more. Ingredients include pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, vegetable rennet, cultures. It’s lightly cold smoked with pecan wood, with washed rind cow’s milk cheese makes it truly something special. It has a subtle note of walnuts and brown butter and following with an aroma of cured meats. The complex flavor is inspired by the tastes of Italy.

Campo Cheese is vegetarian, gluten free and a semi-soft cheese. Slice and serve with crackers, jams, charcuterie. Great for melting and cooking.
