Idyll Farms Camembert is made in northern MI, using the pasteurized milk of the farms goats. They graze on seasonal pastures, enjoying the changing flowers and herbs native to their landscape. Like traditional Camembert, ours has an edible white rind and delicate, mushroomy aroma. The goat milk imparts tangy, lemony flavors that concentrate as the cheese texture gets oozier. Pair with sparkling wine, fresh fruit and multigrain crackers.
