Lamb Chopper Cheese

Lamb Chopper is Dutch-American cheese and is made from sheep's milk; it's produced in the Netherlands, specifically for Cypress Grove.

Some people may say it is a bland cheese, but it's far from that. Granted it's young (aged for 3 months), smooth in texture, and mild on the palate; this buttery colored cheese has a nutty and subtly sweet flavor.

Due to its higher fat content Lamb Chopper is meltable, thanks to the higher fat in sheep milk; kids will like this cheese.
