Oregon Blue cheese is a Roquefort-style blue that was first created in 1954, the first of it's kind made on the West Coast. Oregon Blue Cheese has become a favorite and brought the Rogue creamery name to household status with many awards won to date. Made using raw cow’s milk, it is a delicious addition to salads, appetizers, and entrees. Oregon Blue adds a great touch of tanginess to meats, and is particularly good with lamb, burgers, and steak.

We sell this cheese in wedges of 1 pound and 8 ounces and you can purchase an entire wheel of approximately 5 pounds.

Ingredients:certified organic pasteurized whole cow's milk, salt, enzymes, cheese cultures, penicillium roqueforti.
