This Triple Creme Brie is made right here in Wisconsin, with pasteurized cow's milk and cream. The cheese has a snowy white rind which develops after the cheese is sprayed with penicillium candidum. The paste of the cheese is rich, with a glossy, straw colored appearance.
The flavor of this triple cream brie is buttery with a full flavor that is fruity with a mild tanginess and mushroomy notes. It's high butterfat content lends this Brie it's creamy and buttery melt-in-your-mouth texture and flavor, with the cheese’s plump and smooth paste.
