What sets this butter apart is that Banner Butter is all about the method. Before churning, the cream is ripened for many hours to allow good bacteria to form. This good bacteria gives butter its deliciously complex undertones. After ripening, the butter is slowly churned in small batches then hand cut and packaged. Comes in a convenient 5 oz. small disc.
