Named for the famous Golden Age painter Rembrant, this masterpiece of a cheese is aged for over 12 months. Developing a deep, rich and hearty flavor which is pleasantly creamy and not excessively sharp, with a slight touch of acidity that balances the flavor nicely. This cheese has a firm texture, but also melts very easily, making it great for grilled cheeses and fondue, in addition to being a very fine addition to any cheese board or display.
