The story of Casa Milo begins in 1870 in Bitonto, Italy. A town in the heart of Puglia with the nickname 'City of Olives', due to the numerous olive groves surrounding the city. Not surprisingly, Casa Milo started in the olive oil business.
In 1994 the company shifted gears and focused its production to pasta and bakery. Since then Nicola Milo and his 4 sons Giuseppe, Saverio, Giovanni and Marida, have been busy offering high quality products, prepared according to the best Italian food tradition.
With that strong tradition and dedication the Casa Milo team works hard to create tasty products through continuous research and development of raw materials, evolving with changing consumers' habits.
Their Taralli, Grissini, Crostini, Palesi and Bruschette are all based on classic, regional bakery tradition. Each is worth trying as an appetizer, a snack, or a bread alternative.
