Brie Couronne is a traditional double-cream brie from France. It's richer than a standard brie as extra cream is added to the milk during production.
A wonderful mild cheese with prominent butter and cream flavors, and a rind like that of white mushroom. It's a classic midday meal with fruit, jam, a baguette and some wine. This cheese also works well for baked brie recipes, or just served slightly warm with sweet toppings. A true crowd-pleaser for all palates.
