Fromager d'Affinois Florette

Florette is a classic French brie with a twist: it’s made entirely from goat’s milk. That difference might seem subtle but it has a major effect on the cheese.

Goat’s milk is much lighter than cow’s milk as it has less butterfat. The result is a cheese that is more silky, and less buttery than traditional brie. It is flavorful with light clean flavors from the goat milk.

We hand-cut and wrap the Fromager d'Affinois Florette in wedges of 8 ounces and 1 pound and you can also by an entire hexagon shaped wheel of approx. 2.2 pounds.
