Our Horseradish Chante is a creamy cheese spread that is piked with horseradish; a beautiful combination of cream and the hot, spicy and peppery experience coming from the root vegetable.
Horseradish Chante and meat go together well, like in roast beef sandwiches. Also try it on prime rib or pork loins, on salmon or mix in a mustard sauce and salad dressing.
This cheese spread pairs well with oaky wines, a Zinfandel or a Shiraz, Sancerre or Riesling.
Ingredients:pasteurized cow's milk and cream, horseradish preparation 8% (horseradish 85.5%, sunflower oil, lactic acid), salt, sugar, cultures, animal rennet. Whipped with nitrogen.
