Beautiful and delicious, this ravioli makes an impressive plate every time. La Pasta produces these fresh pastas in Maryland for over thirty years.

Delicate egg pasta sheets of green and white stripes are filled with tender goat cheese and fresh basil. Top with butter and more cheese, or your favorite red sauce.

Place pasta in to 4 quarts of boiling water, immediately reduce heat to bring to a gentle boil. Cook for approximately 5 minutes. Drain and toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

Once you receive the package, it has an optimal shelf life of 3 weeks or should be frozen within those days.


Ingredients:goat cheese (pasteurized cultured goat milk, salt and vegetarian enzyme), enriched durum flour (durum flour, niacin, riboflavin, folic acid), ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, vinegar, salt), romano cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose to prevent caking), pasteurized whole eggs, bread crumbs (wheat flour, sugar, fresh yeast, salt), water, basil leaves, dehydrated spinach, black pepper.
