Channa Masala is a much-loved Indian curry, made using channa chickpeas or kala channa, cooked in a medium spiced tomato and onion curry sauce, and seasoned with garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, and garam masala. This dish is paired with a serving of Basmati lemon rice, prepared with pure lemon juice, turmeric, and lentils. Serves two.
