Made in Northern Greece, this fine feta is aged the traditional way in wooden barrels. After three months of aging, the feta is packed in extra virgin olive oil to marinate and blend its flavors. Finally seasoned with oregano, this feta is an exquisite example of traditional Greek flavors.
Use this feta anywhere it’s called for, but take a moment to appreciate the fine flavor on its own. The cheese is tangy and salty of course, but softened with the peppery flavor of the olive oil and the added herb.
