Parmigiano-Reggiano is an Italian hard, granular cheese produced from cow's milk that develops crystallized proteins through the aging process. This masterful cheese is aged for 18-24 months, lending a rich flavor that will not disappoint. It's deliciously nutty and salty flavor makes it the perfect addition to any pasta, risotto or baked dishes.
