"A lightly colored and fragrant jelly made from Chardonnay wine, which can be used as a glaze or accompaniment for meats, fish, and poultry, or paired with cheese and pate. Both sweet and slightly tart, add this jelly to a range of plates for depth and a little savory twist.
This jelly is firm but slightly viscose around the sides, and so will move around a little inside the jar. Use a spoon to scoop the jelly out of the pot and refrigerate once open."
