Arbequina Olive Oil is a medium fruity oil and light golden yellow in color. It's known for its complex vegetal aroma with hints of Mediterranean breezes. Its taste is fine and strong with with a subtle palate of fresh herbs, tomato and artichoke.
Jose Andres partnered with Casas de Hualdo in Toledo for his private brand. Harvested at the peak of ripeness, the tiny nut-brown olives are pressed within hours of harvesting to preserve the flavor and healthy properties of the oil.
