This fantastic Iberico Chorizo from Fermin is a mild pork sausage made with the finest Iberico pork that is seasoned with garlic, Spanish paprika and oregano. Iberico pigs are raised in a manner that allows them to spend their days foraging and eating acorns which gives their meat a rich flavor and a unique intense red coloring.
