Chef Jose Andres chose the cannery of Los Peperetes to make these premium mussels for his personal collection. The most pristine and plumpest mussels are cooked in small batches to maintain their flavor. The shells are removed by hand and the meat immediately placed in the saucein the tin.
To serve, just warm them in their sauce and serve with crusty bread or as an easy delicious meal with pasta, rice or potatoes.
