This small wheel of Manchego is not called a Baby Manchego because of it's age, but because of it cute little size. It is a 3-months old cheese and weigh just under 1 pound.
You can imagine that this cheese is a perfect centerpiece on a cheese board or a charcuterie board. The younger the cheese, the more pliable, the easier to slice and the softer, creamier the flavor.
Ingredients:pasteurized Manchega sheep's milk, salt, rennet, cheese cultures and calcium chloride. Preserving agent: egg lysozyme (from egg whites). Rind colorings: caramel.
