Garrotxa is a wonderfully rustic traditional goat cheese from Spain. This small wheel is firm inside, with a grey rind. The cheese itself is mild yet complex, featuring the light flavors of goat cheese.

This cheese is perfect on a cheese board or included in a tapas spread. Try it with quince paste or Serrano ham, both traditional pairings in Spain. 

We hand-cut and wrap this cheese in wedges of 1 pound, 8 ounces or you can buy a small wheel of approximately 2.5 pounds.
