The lemons for this Portuguese Lemon Curd are picked in the orchards of Beira Baixa, in the north east of Portugal, giving it a bright yellow appearance. No artificial colors or preservatives are added.
You can serve it with yogurt, use it in pies, cheesecakes, meringues, pound cake, shortbreads and scones. It is excellent with fresh fruits as well.
